Deirdre works with adolescents, teens and adults struggling with concerns which include Anxiety, Disordered Eating, Emotional Eating, Panic Attacks, School Refusal, Building Self Confidence, Relationships, Exam Stress ,Identity and Sexuality. Deirdre is especially enthusiastic about working with young people. This is reflected in her experience of 20 years teaching performing arts both in primary and post primary schools. In recent years Deirdre has developed and delivered her highly effective Mental Wellbeing and Resilience workshops in post primary schools. As each person is unique, Deirdre uses an integrative approach tailored to each individual. Her passion is to support her clients in understanding their difficulties and by working together to explore their inner strengths and abilities to develop themselves to their full potential.

Deirdre enjoys music, dance, reading, walking and relaxing with family and friends.
