Maeve is a counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults (18+) both in person in south Dublin and online. She holds a Master’s degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), working in accordance with their code of ethics.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should be tailored to each client. She offers a professional, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s bringing you to therapy, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. She works in a warm and supportive way, integrating mind–body awareness with practical, evidence-informed approaches to help build resilience, clarity, and emotional balance.

At the core of her work are empathy, honesty, and genuine human connection, alongside practical strategies to support you in managing stress, navigating relationships, and feeling more grounded in everyday life.
