I am a student counsellor currently training in integrative psychotherapy and working under supervision, with accreditation through the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My approach draws from a range of therapeutic models, tailored to meet each person where they are.

With over 11 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager in elderly care, I have walked alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. This has deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to supporting others with empathy, respect, and dignity.
