Paul Keegan
Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Paul Keegan is a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist based in the Dublin area. He holds a degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from IICP, a diploma in the same from Zestlife College, and is member of IACP (adhering to their code of ethics & attending regular supervision).
Paul provides a safe therapeutic space for adults and teenagers to work through a range of issues. Utilising a variety of approaches and techniques, Paul aims to help empower his clients as they collaborate together to determine the direction of therapy. He has a particular passion for working with those struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Porn-Addiction and Personal Growth.
Outside of his role as a therapist, Paul also works for YMCA Dublin as the coordinator of the PlusOne Mentoring Programme (a mentoring programme aimed at support at-risk teenagers). He has over a decade of experience in working with youth in Dublin. Paul enjoys cooking and engaging in his hobby of playing computer games (a hobby that serves him well when working with teenagers). He lives in Dublin with both his wife and dog.
