Counsellor / Psychotherapist

M.Sc. (Hons) Psychology and Wellbeing, B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Psychology, B.Sc. (Hons) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am a pre-accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I have completed a BSc in Applied Psychology at the Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design, and Technology (IADT), an MSc in Psychology and Wellbeing at Dublin City University (DCU), and a BSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at IICP College.

As a warm and compassionate therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing and exploring their challenges. I take the time to understand each person’s situation within the wider context of their life, considering their experiences, relationships, and environment to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the difficulties they may be facing.

Using an integrative approach to psychotherapy, I work collaboratively with my clients, tailoring my approach to suit their individual needs and goals. I believe in empowering clients to overcome obstacles, discover their strengths, and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I am deeply committed to building a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
