Aisling Ryan
Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling Student
Aisling is a third-year integrative psychotherapy and counselling student currently enrolled in a BA (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from IICP. Aisling has a BA degree in Psychology and an MBS (Organisational Behaviour) from University
College Dublin. She holds a certificate in Special Needs Training from The College of Progressive Education. She continues to upskill regularly attending CPD courses and through her studies with IICP College.
Aisling offers her clients a warm, compassionate approach and creates a safe and supportive environment that helps clients feel comfortable from the start. She adopts a pluralistic and integrative approach whereby she tailors therapy to meet the individual’s needs. She explores with the client what they want from therapy and helps them develop skills to heal and flourish. She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential in life. Her primary field of interest is
working with young people and adults in relation to anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, loss and bereavement.
She loves travelling, walking, yoga, swimming, food and experiencing other cultures. She has lived, worked and volunteered in Russia, Hungary and USA. She is married and has three children.
