Ann Fitzgerald

Integrative Psychotherapist

Ann has a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from IICP, Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Zestlife, is a fully accredited member of the IACP since 2021 and is a member of the Kleinian Association of Ireland.
Ann started her career as a general nurse before specialising in midwifery. She also specialised in care of the elderly before taking time out to raise her family.

Her experience across healthcare settings and her own life experience gave her a profound understanding of the complexities of human wellbeing, which ultimately inspired her transition into psychotherapy. Drawing on her diverse background, Ann works with adults of all ages, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma and relationship difficulties. Working from a person-centered perspective, her integrative approach combines elements from different therapeutic models, allowing her to provide a safe, trusted space and tailor her work to each client’s unique needs. Ann is known for her warmth, empathy, and steadfast commitment to helping others find resilience and hope.
