Camelia Laza is a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist (MIACP) with an extensive educational background. She holds a master’s degree (MA) in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Children and Adolescents, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. Additionally, Camelia has pursued multiple courses addressing specific presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, childhood trauma, bereavement, and working with clients from different cultural backgrounds.

Committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and supportive space for her clients, Camelia facilitates an environment that allows them to explore their feelings and emotions, while supporting the development of their confidence and resilience. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, recognizing the uniqueness of every individual’s story. Drawing from a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Sequentially Planned Integrative Counselling for Children (SPICC), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Schema Therapy, Camelia tailor’s interventions to meet each client’s specific needs.
