Ciara is a qualified psychotherapist based in Dublin, specialising in Anxiety, Negative Self-Talk, Depression, Stress Management, Low Self-Esteem, and Work-Related Difficulties. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and continuously enhances her expertise through specialised CPD training.
Ciara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work through an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor each session to the individual needs of her clients. She provides a safe and nurturing environment where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and concerns in a space of empathy and non-judgment.
