Gillian is an Integrative Psychotherapist who believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.
Gillian is passionate about working in the area of mental health and supporting people from adolescents to elders through the ups and downs of life. Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Person Centered, Humanistic, CBT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy techniques, She believes in empowering her clients to take an active role in their healing journey and live more fulfilling lives.
As a mum of three young adults, Gillian draws upon her personal experiences to provide clients with empathetic support and a profound understanding of their individual identities, encouraging them to embrace their own unique qualities.
Gillian holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a pre-accredited member of IACP. She holds a Post Grad Diploma in Working Therapeutically with Adolescents. Complementing her clinical training, she holds a QQI level 8 degree in Montessori education. She has additional training with A.S.S.I.S.T and regularly upskills in therapeutic practices.
