Lauren is a third year psychotherapy student who works from an integrative and relational approach, tailoring her work to the individual needs, experiences and goals of each client.

With a professional background in crisis support and domestic violence, Lauren brings a trauma-informed and compassionate lens to her work. Lauren offers a warm, supportive, and non – judgemental space, working collaboratively with clients as they explore life’s challenges and build understanding and resilience.

Lauren places great value on the therapeutic relationship, believing that feeling heard, understood, and safe is central to meaningful therapeutic work. Lauren is open to working with a wide range of issues, holding space for whatever experiences or challenges the client may wish to bring to therapy.
