Restoring hope and healing to the human heart, Pádraig has extensive experience working with teenagers and adults experiencing concerns about Anxiety, Depression, Suicide Ideation, ADHD, Panic Disorder, OCD, Addiction, Grief, Loss, and Sexuality.
Promising a safe, secure, private, confidential and calm environment, Pádraig offers an accompanying, non-judgemental, collaborative presence, communicating personal warmth, compassion, acceptance, and respect. He employs Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Gestalt, Existential, and trauma-informed psychotherapies through a person-centred approach.
Pádraig is a native of Dublin, married to Ciara, and they have two children. He is passionate about music and sport and loves reading and walking the family dog.
