BSc (Hons) Psychology, Dip in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Jackie offers her clients a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore their feelings, issues and concerns in life. Seeking support can be difficult at first but through her warm and compassionate nature, Jackie helps her clients to feel at ease allowing them to work at their own pace to bring about meaningful and positive change in their lives.
Jackie has experienced the benefits of therapy in her own life and believes that it is a great opportunity for exploration, personal growth and empowerment. It also creates an opening for greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Jackie is a pre-accredited member of IACP and offers General Counselling with a keen interest in working with women around trauma, self-esteem, confidence and relationship issues.
Jackie holds a BS (Hons) in Psychology, a Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and is currently studying an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. She has also experience in working with ‘Restored Lives’ in supporting those going through Divorce or Separation.
Other areas of interest include meditation, energy healing, and outdoor adventures especially walking and mountaineering.
