• Potential behavioural problems with trainees/students

• Creating & Maintaining class behaviour control
• Business/Centre development & Enhancement
• Creating behaviour boundaries between staff & trainees
• Social Development

Staff Support usually is a two hour group meeting followed by a one hour meeting with the manager or co-ordinator afterwards. This is done in a non- judgemental and safe way- focussed on results and improvements.
